Our Services

Fire protection engineering professionals (FPE's) are a valuable and necessary part of any building construction team. In order to satisfy society's demand for buildings free of threat from fire, a significant portion of the cost of modern building construction is devoted to fire protection features.

The fire protection engineer ensures that all the features incorporated in buildings work together as a system to combat the threat from fire.  These systems include but are not limited to structural fire resistance, detection and suppression systems, smoke control systems, egress systems, alerting systems, and security systems.

We understand that code compliance and cost containment need not be mutually exclusive. With expertise in commercial, residential, and institutional projects, our professionals have developed many innovative cost effective solutions to fire, life safety, and security issues.

Training

Specialized in training, consulting, and contracting in the field of safety, fire, industrial security, and administrative development, and authorized by the Ministry of Interior.
We aim to support the creation of careers pathways for fire risk assessors through the provision of accredited, nationally recognized qualifications.
Our ‘Career Pathways for Fire Risk Assessors’ document sets out a clear pathway forward to build up the shortfall and skills gap that we are experiencing in fire risk assessors given the reliance on assessors for carrying out further regulatory functions that are being introduced.
It is hoped that the fire industry will adopt the career pathways model, but we are fully committed to its introduction into the Institute.
We provides a clear understanding of the responsibilities, duties and role of a Fire Evacuation Warden, enabling delegates to supervise a swift and safe evacuation of a building. We will organize and invigilate Fire Evacuations with the aim of enhancing staff awareness.
